We are open Monday through Friday from 7:15 am - 5:15 pm

Exception: Woodland Melody is open from 7 am to 5 pm

Yes we do.  Children must be in care by 9:30 am (no drop offs will be permitted after that unless a doctors after visit summary is shown stating that your child had a doctor, dentist or therapy appointment).

Exception Woodland Melody has an 11:30 cutoff.

We require parents to sign up for ACH (checking account withdrawal) through our ProCare Parent Portal or pay in cash the first day of each month. We do not accept credit or debit cards at this time. 

Yes, we provide nutritious balanced meals and snacks 

Breakfast at 8:45 am - Children must be in attendance before 9:00 am.

Lunch at 12:00 PM

PM Snack at 3:00 pm

Exception Woodland Melody does not serve breakfast and has a snack at 9:30 am.

Yes we do.  We are a monthly tuition based School. 

We do not offer part time care at this time. 

Exception Woodland Melody takes part time children and drop ins

Yes we do.  We follow most of David Douglas School District Major Holidays and vacation guidelines. Guardians are given a copy of our closure dates in their orientation packet, in the Parent Handbook and the schedule is posted on the door all year round.  

We do not have a sibling discount at this time.
